Feet Pre Teen Please Help, MAJOR Pre-teen Crisis!?

Please help, MAJOR pre-teen crisis!? - feet pre teen

This is the typical question is the concern that all children who are around young people to be: How can I lose weight? Well, let me tell you, now I am 4 feet 10 and I weigh 102 pounds. It's almost spring, but it's cold outside. What can I do to at least 90 pounds by June? Help, please, please, please!

I'm 13, 4'11, and I am over 83 pounds, but I'm under the load and the table acorrding BMI (body mass index), which are of normal weight (BMI 20.6 and 18.5 is normal to 24.9) http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/
If you really want to lose weight, eat healthier foods, no junk food!

avoid eating fats, fruits and vegetables, get a little protein, like a steak or something.
(Walk or run around the block, but I think it burns more calories walking) every evening after dinner

This must be the most important thing to do! You get swollen and you actually win a greater weight to
Breakfast! Many teens skip breakfast, even if it shows that people who eat breakfast actually decrease, making it a banana and a muffin Enflish with a little cream cheese or cereal Special K.

Food on the table - not on television, it will prevent the habit of eating and if you're like me, take everything that television in the house from one!

Drink 8 ounces of water - you can buyTry things out of the water if you do not like water (like me ^ ^)

Yoga helps, or just a simple exercise. Oh, and meditation may also help. It must not only train was so hungry, or resistance, a Big Mac,

Map:
Breakfast: cereal, oatmeal, English muffins, toast () without butter
Lunch: A light salad (without dressing or ranch or Thousand Iceland French ...), just to avoid things that really fat
Dinner: Get your protein for a steak!

Oh, and eat snacks in between bit like an apple, banana, or something really healthy food .......

This should help to make a few pounds too.

When young, we can not always be eating, drinking or taking an extra magic and then decrease. We must work together to stay healthy. If you live in, is too cold and they should strive to practice at home.
