Can a hypothyroid be disguised for a hyperthyroid? - hypothyroid and hyperthyroid charts

I have symptoms of hypothyroidism. Very low body temperature and other things. My TSH levels rose to 44 is low in a range of .32, up by 5.0. Site I saw, I said to hyperthyroidism, as this level, 44 that my TSH is low. It makes no sense to me. Estimated for any suggestions, questions, or reasons.
